The training

More than learning a technique.

Classes combine movement, Jiu-Jitsu skills and partner practice. The team recommends a group based on your son's age, experience and readiness.

Movement & coordination

Develop body awareness and control through guided movement and age-appropriate Jiu-Jitsu practice.

Focus & respect

Practise listening, following instructions and working considerately with a partner in a structured class.

Confidence through practice

Learn a skill, try it with support and build on it over time. Progress is guided by the student's readiness, not a promise of instant results.

Good to know

Before you begin

What age can my child start?

Youth starts from age 5. The team confirms the right group based on age, experience and readiness. Adult memberships start from age 12; ask the team about the appropriate transition.

Does he need previous experience?

No previous Jiu-Jitsu experience is required to enquire about a trial. Tell reception that he is a beginner so the first visit can be arranged appropriately.

How do we prepare for the first visit?

Confirm the group and time with reception, and ask what your son should wear and bring. Uniform requirements and any costs should be confirmed before joining.
