## Do I need experience to start?

No. Your first intro is one-to-one and guided around your level, so no experience is expected.

## What should I wear to my first class?

Wear a t-shirt and sports shorts or leggings with no zippers. Bring a gi if you already have one.

## What is the difference between Gi and No-Gi?

Gi training uses the traditional uniform and more grip-based control. No-Gi uses rashguards and shorts and tends to move faster.

## Which class should beginners take first?

Start with Fundamentals. It focuses on the base positions and movements before students progress into sparring.

## Are there women's classes or mixed classes?

No. Alliance Jiu Jitsu Kuwait is licensed as a men's gym, so women's or mixed classes are not offered.
